Referral Program

AVM Dynamics is now rewarding successful SC Modeler referrals (commercial licenses only) with twenty percent (20%) referral fee in the form of a US$ check. Referrals can be made to your colleague, business partner, or any person / organization / company who you believe may benefit from using SC Modeler software.

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. BY SUBMITTING REFERRAL INFORMATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. AVM DYNAMICS MAY CHANGE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Program Terms and Conditions

If you would like to submit a referral to us, please fill out the Referral Form below and click the Submit button. Within a reasonable period of time (2 business days in most cases) AVM Dynamics will provide you with an email notification of referral acceptance or rejection. AVM Dynamics will be under no obligation to accept a submitted referral and may reject it for any or no reason at its sole discretion.

For a referral to qualify, the customer must purchase a new SC Modeler commercial license (Named-User or Floating) within one (1) month of the referral submission date. Non-commercial and Academic Licenses do not qualify for this program.

Subject to your compliance with all terms and conditions of this Program, AVM Dynamics will pay you commissions equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Software License Fee less refunds (if any) issued to the customer. Commission payment will be due 2 months after the receipt of full payment of the Software License Fee by AVM Dynamics.

Referrals made but not submitted to AVM Dynamics through the Referral Form will not be considered for this program.

Upgrades of existing SC Modeler licenses will not be considered as a new license purchase.

If more than one referral was made to the same party, only the first referral to arrive will be rewarded.

If your company's internal policies prohibit you from participating in such a program, please refrain from making a referral.
