Business Referral Program

AVM Dynamics invites you to participate in our Business Referral Program, developed to reward you for providing business leads. If you refer or introduce a new customer to us that becomes our new client, you will receive fifteen percent (15%) of the amount paid by the referred client to AVM Dynamics for our services during the term of the initial contract, up to a maximum reward of $30,000 per referral.

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE BUSINESS REFERRAL PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. BY SUBMITTING REFERRAL INFORMATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Program Terms and Conditions

Any company or an individual may participate in this Program if the following requirements are met:
- company/individual has a valid tax ID and mailing address either in the United States or Canada;
- company is not a government or public sector entity.

If your company's internal policies prohibit you from participating in such a program, please refrain from making a referral. Individuals referring their current employer cannot qualify for a referral award.

Before submitting referral please verify with the potential customer that they have an immediate interest in AVM Dynamics consulting offerings and solutions.

Staffing companies will not be considered as eligible leads.

To submit a referral to us, please fill out the Referral Form below. AVM Dynamics will evaluate the submitted referral and, if the lead is accepted for further processing, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity and to decide on the following steps. Typically you are only required to set up an initial phone call between AVM Dynamics and a decision-making executive of the prospective client. If the referred organization decides to sign a contract with AVM Dynamics, we will provide you with a Referral Fee Agreement.

AVM Dynamics will be under no obligation to accept a submitted referral and may reject it for any or no reason at its sole discretion.

For a referral to qualify, the customer must sign a contract with AVM Dynamics and place an order within 60 days of the referral submission date.

Referring company/individual will be notified by AVM Dynamics within 15 days of a qualifying purchase by the referred organization. Subject to your compliance with all terms and conditions of this Program, AVM Dynamics will pay you referral fees of fifteen percent (15%) of the gross revenue received from the referred client for the initial contract, up to a maximum reward of $30,000 per referral. Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of receiving a payment from the referred client. Payments will be made on either a Corp-to-Corp or 1099 basis.

Referrals made but not submitted to AVM Dynamics through the Referral Form will not be considered for this program.

Multiple referrals related to the same prospective organization count only once, only the first referral to arrive will be rewarded. It is AVM Dynamics sole responsibility to identify the earlier referral.

Referrals to organizations where AVM Dynamics is already engaged in a sales process shall not be eligible for this program.

Except as required by law, AVM Dynamics will not share submitted information with any third parties.

It is your sole responsibility to pay any taxes owed in connection with your participation in the Business Referral Program.

AVM Dynamics may change or terminate the Business Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
